Anyone know what happened to Valkyr RO? 
I was just being inactive for 1 week and when i log in again the server seems like dying soon.

It's normal in most Filipino-owned servers. Look at their Facebook page, the last activity was last month.

The owners are probably running or preparing for another server already. Also, don't ever trust a server without a proper domain.
