Top 10 most corrupt servers!

Just like the topic says, name the 10 (or less) servers you believe to be the most corrupt out of all the servers!

Give more suggestions of other servers. Those are just the ones I see on most RO forums

i like this idea, but first please define "corrupt".

It could be a combination of:
1) server with gm giving out items to friends
2) donator can buy anything possible leading to imbalance
3) gm kill players etc
4) ... i dont know just define it

XelentRO is the most corrupt RO i ever played.
When i first came there, theres like 5 GM online. Server full of GMs, they pvp in town, killing regular players.
You can just ask one of the GM for an item, and they will give you for free as a "secret" .
Who doesnt want a free item? Everyone does. Some GMs are really childish, they ask you to go pvp, and kill you with their GM account. Some GM give you free items but later on turn against you, saying that we have unlegit item, and chardrop your items.
The admin, DONT care about the server, he was planning to close the server, but now he let other "childish GMs" in charge, and they do stupid things.
I DO NOT recommended this server to anyone. Please dont play.

I've only played a few servers, and still, I witnessed corruption a few too many times.

- AnimaRO - I haven't played many servers, but by far the most corrupt IMO. Donation items, favoritism, GM abuse, it's got the works.
- Luminary Zenith - A small, dead server, but nonetheless, while we were there, a corrupt GM that was about to get the boot gave my guild all hax items. Rofl. Thing is, we didn't know he was a GM, he was in his legit character. He got banned, and the server was wiped immediately after.
- AppleJuiceRO - So far I've heard a bunch of rumors about this place. I just witnessed a GM buffing a few players while others requests were ignored. Not major, but favoritism nonetheless.

Everytime I see a thread about a corrupt server, it's usually about AnimaRO, but I don't remember it being corrupt. The 3 months I played Anima I found it to be really fun, and the community very friendly. The GM's never killed me either.

At one point the server VanRO MR was corrupted when a GM by the name of Frosta started giving her legit friends tons of awesome items. Then she made a legit paladin and gave it the most strongest possible gear, and started a guild (and I was in it lol). Though outside of RO she was having problems with a game so I decided to help her with the coding and stuff, doing so she gave me a Mjornir and other godly items for my earned work. When people were suspicious and some info was leaked, the whole server got angry, using the global announcer, people started to rant about how corrupt Frosta was. Basically everyone left and the server is now containing about 20 people average. 

Twas a good server before Frosta came along...

Ha! There will always be corrupt GM's. They should have a person supervising them 24/7 in each server.

Except in servers without GMs.

Hell I don't even think official ROs have as many GMs as some of these private servers do. Half your population shouldn't be GMs

I say anima easily takes the cake as the most corrupt out there.

Yes that site has some BS on it. But all the stuff you read here about Harken taking the site all for himself against the wishes of Debbies parents out of pure greed (40 grand per month), Harken being in the middle of a lawsuit filed by Debbies parents and all that stuff is all true. The stuff that Serenity, Talon and Calbee said here on this site IS true. Can I *prove* it in a setting such as this? No. No more than anyone can prove anything on line. But, you can rest assured that there is a good reason that "they all say" that anima is as corrupt as they get.

I played around February, which is when Debbie died, but I still found a good server.

AnimaRO does, in truth, have a pretty corrupt history. I played there for more than half a year. If you're looking for a good community though, I recommend you to go there. But... in terms of favoritism, yes, they have it. Resonance (the strongest guild there) is loaded with GMs. Harken? I warn you about Harken. If you leak out ANY information about his past or corruption in the forums or anywhere, he will lay the banstick on you. No reason given.
