It's hard to call that spam since they only said it twice from the looks of it... But it IS advertising on an already existant server and as far as I know is still a ToS violation. Do you have more screenshots?

no, spam advertising is not against our TOS: http://ratemyserver.net/TOS_owner.html

Spam advertising your RMS link IS against the TOS.

thats what i manage to took before i kick that guy from server , but they've spamming their server ads quite a time

you COULD just add that server name to the word censor list so that they can't spam it

=.= People who advertise servers just look dumb.
Does anyone actually look at the sites for those servers to play them if they see someone advertising on another server?

usually they don't , know why ? only server with less than 5 players need advertise =D
and players rather stay at a server which has more population probably hundred or thousand

I agree with (xeno/zone), and not akihito. Most servers that advertise already have more than 5 players and sometimes are doing it to get even. Plus, 99% of the time to the best of my knowledge, they're breaking multiple rules on most servers they advertise on, as well as someitmes even backstabbing friends. It's almost always a foolish act of sheer incompetence.

Haven't tried, but being an ex-mod, I've seen every player that saw the ad make fun of it after the advertiser has been banned... yet another reason it's stupid... x_x;

Yeah, that is pretty much what I do when I see someone spamming advertisements, I just screenshot, report, and start laughing at the spam advertiser.
