IIRC, EssenceRO and some other 3-4 server have them,
EssenceRO has them mostly implemented correctly but disabled in PVP and WoE maps so that they can't be imba in the current non-renewal environment it has set up. As far as I know, other servers are working on them as well but most just have the sprites implemented in a limited fashion.

Eh...Numerous people have fully functional 3rd classes. You can get them from eA forums if you ask around a bit. The thing is that msot server owners aren't stupid enough to implement 3rd classes in pre-renewal environment where they were never designed to work ot begin wtih. Implementing 3rd classe sisn't really hard at all, implementing renewal is the hard part.

well.. i played at limit RO, i feel like im bored at lvl'ing, im not used to servers with these rates,, but i think they have most of the 3rd job skills(currently) and the damage formula is renewal based, assassin w/ jamadhar lvl 70/80+ & enchant poison, 500+ damage on orc monsters,, it's cool... so i'll just w8 for shr servers ;D

Anyways the info about actual renewal mechanics is still extremely limited and based mainly on speculations rather than official info. If any server owner implements renewal at this point they're seriously retarded.
They'd basically be revamping all the basic mechanics on RO, and base them on speculations mostly. Possibly making the server horribly rigged. Not to mention the fact that
renewal still isn't done! So you first spent few weeks working out all the new formulas for renewal and the next day Gravity announces that they're revamping their formulas. Job well done!

smart server owner implements 3rd classes:
1. Wait until gravity officially releases renewal.
2. Spend time researching and testing renewed mechanics on official servers.
3. Modify your own server to work with renewed mechanics.
4. Test these modifications extensively.
5. Add 3rd classes and test them extensively as well.
6. Implement the whole thing to the main server.
Now for some reason these servers seem to be doing the whole thing in the complete opposite way:
1. Implement 3rd classes
2. ???
3. Profit.
Now first way is the correct way, second way is for retards who don't care about game balance at all.

Renewal isn't even halfway done (3-1 are done but not 100% working,3-2 art is not done yet,the "Painter" class has skills but no sprites)
I don't reccomend adding them on real private servers (Now on TEST servers is another story)
But yeah, essence is the one that has the least broken version of them (sprite-only do not count for me)

If there is a better server that is non-donation based that has everything Essence has and more with regards to customs and 3rd class implementation than gladly point me in that direction. If you can't than quit trolling and make constructive posts instead of wasting peoples time. The OP asked for servers with 3rd classes, I have only knowledge of Essence's implementation of them, nobody made any other mention of any other server names before I made my post. I never said anything about Essence being the "ZOMG BEST SERVER EVER" in my post either, I simply answered the OP's question to the best of my own abilities.
Better server? That's a highly controversial statement coming from someone playing on Essence which is quite probably the most debated server on RMS and many people see it as a horrible server.
There aren't many pservers with 3rd classes simply because most people do not want to implement them. However they are available to anyone who really wants them

The reason why you don't see many servers with 3rd classes is because most server owners seem to realize that they break the game and that they're not even done completely. Gravity just added two new Warlock skills so yeah there goes eROs full implementation of them. It's utterly idiotic to implement something that is not even done yet, it's like implementing Endless Tower with 50 floors on it just so you can say "We have Endless tower!". You implement something incredibly buggy, something that breaks the game and something that is not even officially done. Tell me how is this good? Skills don't work properly, damage formulas are incorrect, they don't have all of their skills since even Gravity is still adding them. How is that good seriously?
And no you never said Essence is the best but you did say something stupid regardless;

As you can notice from the link to eA forum which I posted above, anyone can get 3rd classes if they want to. Go to eA and ask around a bit, for up 10 USD and they're all yours.
As for other servers with them, as was already said Limit-RO has them implemented, MDRO-Ultiamte has them, I think BlazingRO has them as well and probably a lot more servers which aren't so known. A lot of eA dev team members have them implemented on their test servers, probably a multitude of people has them implemented on their test servers for personal use and experimenting. But very few are stupid enough to implement them on real servers where they just break the entire game. And contrary to popular belief PvM can be broken as well!

Hate to agree with him, but he's right. All the TC wants is servers that have 3rd Classes, not a moral debate regarding said 3rd Classes.

Putting 3rd job on a server now would be like getting ice cream without waiting for the cone. It's may look and taste good but it's going to melt through your fingers and make everyone look at you like your an idiot.
