Populated Low Rate server?

I've played RebirthRO for about 3 days now and since two of the items are hard to get at lvl 10 for gunslinger, I thought maybe someone might be selling them in Prontera. Problem is.... no one is there -.- Is there a really good populated server for low rate? One where the whole center of prontera is filled with ppl?
