Just saw that UnchainedRO has been listed under German Server.

Please note that we are an International Server located in Europe. Our Main Language is English, but we do have support in German if needed.

From the excluded servers list, some servers can be addresses/changed:

LR:
-Heavenly Maiden RO is active again (though their forum doesn't work. However, there are players online in-game.)
ClassicRO is down now. Can probably be removed from the list.
zenRO is down as well.
FurryRO is down.
Others are online with nobody on, but I guess they can be left alone for now.

MR:
RivalRO is completely down. Can probably be removed from the list XD.
Lol, InsomniaRO is still online but with only vendors hm...

The ROgasm opening is slightly off, 12/12/12 is still to come and it's been open for quite a bit now.
It officially launched 27th October, 2012.

Actually, 12/12/12 were the rates, but I moved the "newly-opened" notice behind the host info to avoid confusion.

I just remember something.... InsomniaRO's host is paid for 1 year contract. So even tho it's "up" the staff don't care anymore about the server. so yeah.

Quick update:
- Deleted all the dead servers from the list.
- Went through the entire low-rate database of RMS and updated the list accordingly.
