lil help bout rangaroks hosting/hoster

to the current private server owners out there, just a lil help im planning to put up a server for may friends and this is my first time to do this.
may i ask what is the best ragnarok hosting/hoster company out there?

If it's just going to be for you and some friends you might want to consider hosting it yourself, but if you're going to make it public you'll need a host, if that's the case, I'd recommend SystemInPlace.
