Poor GM and MT of BountyRO

GMs here not able to fix a bug, instead changing the item description is what they usually do.


ex: refinte rate +10 scutum[1] = get bonus +10% MHP/SP[RMS],

but somehow, I need to make a refinte rate of +11 to get those bonus.

When I report the bug to GM ingame[@request]/discord[bug-report], they did not the fix the scutum, but changing the decription to +11 refine rate.


Another bug also found by some players, called Falconer Flute[which will proc "LEARNED LVL OF BLITZ BEAT", while dealing physical dmg[trigger rate depends on base luk[up to 120].

but the problem is, this FALCON FLUTE is proc only lv1 blitz beat[hit only once], even though I have learned lv5 blitz beat.

It was clear to determine that the item need to be fixed.

One player reported this issue to GM on FEB 2022, which is not fixed until today.

When I also found out this issue, also report on discord, but the answer I got from GM was "FLUTE is fine and working fine" even It's clear its broken.

This item is a CASH ITEM which cost 118.000 CashPoint[$1=10.000CP].

When I complaining about this bug with clear vid evidences and some item script i got from RMS, they keep insisting this item is working fine over and over for 3days[Different GMs everyday],

even though some players already noticed bug after watching the vids i uploaded.[Now, they wanna have a meeting and planning to punish me[ban/suspend idk yet], saying that my behavior is Provocative

when I keep upload videos/pictures of testing broken FLUTE to convince them to fix it.

Today patch, again they changed the description not fixing the bug, yet, Flute is still broken and working differently even after their fixed the description.
[learned lvl of blitz beat > lv1(or learned lvl of blitz beat) - << never proc any higher than lv1 blitz beat still 

I found about 40++ bugs in this server oredi, but seems, it annoys GM which instead, they should be thankful for reporting bug for the server.



And another thing, they adverise their server as a pre-renewal, but it's not. This server is a mixture of revo-classic and renewal mechanics.[some ppl noticed and oredi wrote on Review]

And that's the one of usual excuses GMs usually make when I report and ask for fixing the bug. It's hard becoz it's mixed they said.


One more thing, I found out, GMs here also giving away free MVP summon[8~12hr respawn time] to certain VVIP[heavy donator] and certain guild for their birthday present, even it's mid-rate server.

I sneaks to their warp[fishy guild which i have suspicion for few month] in a certain town, and found out this hundreds of MVPs[some cant be summoned even with cashpoint bloody branch] in their guild base.

So I upload some videos and screenshots of their guild base on the discord in public to let ppl to know.

Their guild master[VVIP] said "Never seen guild bbs party before along with GM twist on challenging the guild?" immediately after i upload some pics and vids.

GMs here also said, it's COMMON SENSE to give a bday present to other person. Yes, but not as a form of fishy MVP spawning which normal ppl spent hours and hours to get geared for hunting those MVPs uisng timers.

He also said that, he is not the fortune teller that he would know all the bday of players in the server, which he never mentioned.

I tried to search whole discord for bday present thing but as i assumed, there was no single word for bday present for bday players.


When GMs here are losing the argument becoz of my clear evidences, they usually close the case by themselves with their own conclusion which is not ideal[sometime nonsense]


I will keep an eye of this server since they provoke me for stupid actions and conclusions,

but I would suggest anyone who plan to play here to find another server, unless you are PVM only player, or person who like to chat and buying costume but no PVP or WOE.

WOE here is owned by one guild[suspicious], and points for winning WOE and rewards are pointless. You need to spend thousands of dollars or few month of farmings to compete them.

When I also suggest about the WOE, now they just spiliting and making new alts with different guild emblems, pretending they are new and balanced but same. 

I asked about battle ground[which is much cheaper and easy to access for newbies to get geared with pvp items] and GM said he can't implement[or he dont watn to],
 becoz of server is mixed with pre-renew,renewal,revo-classic.

Overall, GM is not capable of fixing/dont want to fix some bugs even though they are CashPoints items.

Every Maintenance, Changing description[not fixint it], and adding tos of costumes for gatcha coupon[18.000 CashPoint per ticket].

In my opinion, they want to make a mobile gatcha game, not Private Ragnarok Online.

I am wondering how this server becomes No.1 Mid-Rate server in RMS

Firstly, a server has their full right to not follow official/RMS/rAthena/Hercules versions of items, balance or whatever. If they make the current effect of an item consistent with the item description or vice versa, that is perfectly reasonable. That is fixing it.

Secondly, RMS is not always accurate. If you would look at the RMS item script for Falconer Flute you would know the script does not correlate with the description either. The script sets a variable called "bblevel" as the max between 1 and Blitz Beat's learned level. It also sets a variable called luk as the minimum between your luk and 120. Then it uses the AutoSpell bonus where it would auto cast Blitz Beat at variable i's level at the remaining formula's chance (Caps at 100% or about 12%, depending on the engine). The i variable is never set. The script should either break or default i to 0. The Autospell bonus probably defaults a 0 to 1 when it comes to skill level.
TL;DU: The way you describe the effect in the server seems to be a very likely expression of the item bonus as given. If they change the description to only be level 1 Blitz Beat, the item is fixed as per my first statement.

Finally, I won't say anything about potential corruption because I don't play there. If it is true, it's a good thing you put it out there. There is however something to be said about WoE being dominated by one guild which splits up. From my experience, when WoE becomes stale but the top guild is too invested in the server, they fight amongst themselves to try to have a good time playing WoE (there doesn't need to be a point to WoE for WoE to be fun to people). That in itself does not mean anything. If my experience says anything, it does open up WoE ever so slightly for newcomers to enjoy it. Requiring a few months of farming to basically compete in the PvP/GvG endgame is not unreasonable.

RO is one of the few games with many modes of play. I suggest you move on to something more your taste if this one doesn't appeal.

I asked GM bounty for my bday  is past and y didnt u give the bday present and he said in public discord that,

he isn't a fortune teller that he will know my bday, which I can't find any single word of "Birthday present on your bday" in discord nor ingame, and most of players

didnt know it aswell.

Their excuses was they were using cashpoint bloodybranches on cash shop but there was some MVP not respawable by those branches, and

there werent either any Bio MVPs which can respawn by same bloody branches, which i tested myself.[3times Bio MVP for me when i tested it, but no bee/ifrit/etc]

I have tons of bugged items which i wrote on discord, and the arguments I made with those bugs,

but GM Prime here, bring his GM Charater[which mayhave more than 130luk[maxstat of the server]]

which will lead the passive blitz beat itself autoproc, resulting in confusion whether flute is working o not.

only few screenshot left on my pc since they banned me from the server and discord now for 20yrs,

and this is the answer from GM Prime[No.2 admin] after I upload some clear vids of some bugged items which was none-arguable becoz it's too clear.
