1. "Fallen Bishop Hibram Card" only increases magic damage. Stop removing this card from your server because you think it applies sonic blow and asura strike.

You probably have no idea how incredibly strong this card is. It's definitely the strongest card in the game. I've seen some of the best guilds get wiped(2 of them at the same time actually) trying to beat a guild that had this card. Want to know how long it took them to get wiped? Roughly 30 seconds. Meteor Storm is extremely spammable and already does insane DPS and instant damage and will usually randomly drop a few people that get ganbantein'd, FBH makes it a lot easier.

2. 75% reduction might as well be 100% reduction in PVP so your GTB "balance" does nothing other than hurt MVP hunters trying to survive earthquake with less than 30 people. Honestly what professor is going to win through 75% reduction?

Baww I can't MvP properly so I need GTB. No but seriously, I do agree though. Nerfing it is pointless, either completely disable it or leave it as it is.

3. MVP cards always fall into the hands of a few players who take the game way too seriously and end up with enough cash to buy them. They then go on to dominate PVP and WOE. If you want balance on your server don't make these cards rare because the rarer you make them the stronger the dominant guild becomes compared to every other guild.

Not necessarily true. It depends on in whose hands it falls. But they should always be disabled imo

4. If you disable cloak on PVP maps sinx will instantly be worse than a high wizard with a slow casting time. I'm just throwing that out there for everyone who thinks sinx is broken.

I don't see why anyone would disable cloak in PvP maps regardless. Also it making a sinX useless is definitely not true

5. God armor generally sucks as it can't be refined or carded. Megingjards are the only good ones really but think about this: what class would benifit from it? Champions and Sinx one hit already and most other jobs use int or dex for damage. Having god armor on your server only helps lord knights, palidans, mastersmiths. It'd be nice to see a few more players playing those classes TBH.

Lord Knights are rarely played because they're plain unuseful in WoE. Paladins wouldn't take god armor regardless, the only god item they'd take would be mjolnir. It also wouldn't make that much of a difference for a master smith since they're mainly used for repairing and status-ing(Which isn't needed if Arrow Shower is fixed)

6. If you trippled all high wizard damage it'd still suck. They have the lowest HPs and DPS out of all classes... If you want to balance your server so "everyone can fight" start with them. Even if they could one hit every player on the screen a 75% nerfed GTB card could still curb stomp them.

Making Hwizz stronger is definitely the WORST idea I've ever heard. Obviously you have never played a WoE that mattered, Hwizzies have the biggest DPS and they aren't that vulnerable at all due to AD doing close to no damage on them, not to mention they'll have devo.

7. 199 attack speed snipers are fun and you know it. The best way to make snipers not suck so bad is to raise max attack speed.

I'm sorry? Snipers are fine as they are. The only thing that'd happen if you raise the ASPD is Creators having even bigger DPS than they already do, and Snipers dealing around a 100 Status effects per second.

So again, all of these ideas are simply imbalancing the game even more than any of the nerfs you so despise. Then again ideas are subjective, not objective. Some people prefer playing with [4] armors and MvP cards all around while some prefer to play more Aegis-like. Some servers try to find a balancing middle ground and usually do succeed[VisionRO for example]
