sometimes the best way to test a gm is right out in the field... she or he? can easily block them from using #item and sort of abuse command or power.

JJJ, the thing you have to understand about recruiting staff is that lots of people look good on paper. They say they'll be active, and say they can do this and that - but when it comes down to it, lots of the GMs were lacking. Some got the notion and quit, while two of the GMs were fired. We're not keeping people with power around if they're not going to do anything.

EternityRO believes in giving people a chance - but once that chance is exhausted, there's no point in keeping them. We cycle our staff to find the ones best fit for the job.
