But i followed them like 2 Weeks and all the time only 7-15 Players online inclusive Vendors so

Those 25 reviews started from April, so there is a good chance that they were more populated at that time. And it is normal to have a decrease in population on many servers this time of year, due to many players going back to school. Those numbers are really not that far off.

I would say that isn't a lie since if you read the reviews you can clearly see that the server had some drama in the past and seems that some people were banned too.
