Best RO Hosting?

Me and my friend want to start a server and want to know what you guys recommend as a best host for it? Includes website, forum and client hopefully.

If you done your research (on how to setup + run + maintain an RO server), which you should, you don't have to go with a host that is targeted for RO servers.  I always think the RO specific hostings are milking the lack of knowledge of some RO server owners one way or another with extra services.  When you are not one of those, you can open up yourself to a lot more choice in the general dedicated / VPS hosting industry.
