Well, I did have their (new) site DMCA'd (again). So, this is what.. three times now? Lol.

Their "Control Panel" is hosted from THEIR computer, which is connected to the internet through a 3G or 4G connection. Yes, they use a cell phone as their internet routing device.

The guy lives in the Philipines from what I've been able to dig up on him through trace routing his IP's that two of the three hosts have sent me thus far. While they removed my content from the front pages of their site, their Control Panel as someone else noted, still has my content. I just find it amusing at this point, as they've played with fire three times already and been burned each attempt.

If I must, I'll attempt to contact the Evolonn person (again) and warn them that I'll be going to their personal ISP next to have their internet blocked, as they're using said ISP to host infringed material.

It is no fun but they did (rather slowly) remove the content from the main website. I haven't checked the past day or so but I think the CP was the only thing I could really see left. They need to remove the CP content and they would be "set"

Seconded.  A kid doing something stupid is one thing, a chronic offender who doesn't learn from his/her misdeeds is something else entirely.
