Help - Copy Standby animation to Idle animation.

Hello,

Is there an easy way to copy standby animation to idle animation? I am trying to do it on Act Editor but I keep messing up the head anchor. And If I make it manually I still cant get a good result on each frame. So maybe there is an alternative way to do it easier an gives much smoother result.
