Let me know what you guys think. I'm not a very creative person so I'm trying to improve my creativity by trying to design some websites. Constructive criticism would be appreciated

Your designs need work. They are getting better, but they definately need work. Keep it up, in time you'll create beautiful designs.

It's a very nice and clean design. It might look kind of... short though? Some fonts on the bottoms at the side can be better.

As for the site, it's fine but it seems to lack flow. All the pieces look like pieces instead of a single website.

I don't really like it, it looks far too unprofessional, the effects are like basic photoshop filters where you didn't even edit the properties of the effects, like the colors of the dropped shadow etc.

Sometimes I wish people wouldn't use default RO pictures and explore a bit more.

It's fairly...the same as every other first layout everyone else has made.  Explore, adventure into more colours, and live a little!
