can you help me get the npc for loadeds race system?

loadeds links are down firestyles links are down so does anyone have a copy of loadeds race npc you know the ones that add the races such as dark elf holy avenger light elf orc assassin marine warrior and dragon slayer?  heres the skin colors and maps for it

Are those the updated version of palettes? Or, is it based on the old ones?

Took me a while to find that link... use the search function more next time.

It's best to ask the creator of the files if you can distribute the files. However, it seems to me that he wouldn't mind. He didn't go on eAthena over 1.5 years, and other people have distributed files--he didn't say anything about them.
