This error is killing me

Well this is how it goes. First I downloaded the latest sakray and ragnarok here in ratemyserver. And then I used the patch from  Dreamro. I could play there but somethimes an error handler appeared when I was on the cities or if I try to open the emoticons window(alt+L)
I tried updating the sakray and the ragnarok, and tried to unistall and reinstall the patcher over and over. But I kept getting the error.So I though maybe it was the server.
So I downloaded the fullinstaller at blackoutro, and install it in a different carpet. But the same happended there. When I was on the cities I get the error handler somethimes and also with the emoticons window. I tried again to update sakray, ragnarok and even I tried other patches like valkirie. But I still get the error and its awfull I can't play for long.
So I though maybe someone over here could tell me how to fix it?? Maybe is something missing in my files. Maybe is a file that both servers have in commond. I don't know.
I had played ragnarok before without problems so I doubt is my computer. But maybe...

The latest client now is ragnarok 0618 + ragnarok_renewa 0618.  The sakray server will not patch for you anymore.

Ok I download the newest clients  ragnarok 0618 + ragnarok_renewa 0618
And I pached both and I still get this error in towns and in my emoticons

did you reinstall the server you are trying to play? .. I mean reinstall it last to make sure you replaced the other server files that might conflict with the server you are trying to play on.  if you have a data folder, rename it.

This shouldn't matter that much but if you see anywhere in your DATA.INI that says sdata.grf ..try change it to rdata.grf

which is kro.exe anyway ...

Yes I completelly erased everything and patched all new several times. But the problem is it happens in all the servers I have tried so it must be me.
And it is already rdata.grf

nop, I still get the error.
Can it be related to some sprites of headgear and emoticons missing???
