game not loading?

hello.

i have everything down loaded, patched and good to go, but every time i try to open the game, it just closes out.

no errors or anything. just closes right after i click play, no screen, nothing.
any ideas?

Maybe your video card doesn't support RO? Not likely though, unless it's a really really old pc Perhaps you haven't installed it properly or updated to the latest drivers.
