Two things I can think of, first Installer is Corrupted, and the second is that your Computer does not have enough space to install it. If you have space, probally the installer is corrupted. And since Zone already did the kindness to post all needed RO files, you can also just download those files, unpack into the RO folder and play. :)
grab some one click installer and use it for other servers too.. srsly its easy and faster
