Meh, it's not the official, I just had a few people have issues downloading the newest sakray.
This one is only the sdata.grf.
Put it in the appropriate folder.
Also if you are playing multiple servers, it's much easier to localize the sdata.grf and modify the data.ini's so that the line that says #=sdata.grf is #=../sdata.grf
Then the servers can go in different folders, and run off of the same sakray.
