RO black and white

I downloaded the kRO client in ratemyserver and tried to follow it's instruction.

After downloading the full data.grf, bgm, dll, and rdata.grf, I extracted all of it in one folder.
Then, I patched rsu-kro-rag-lite.exe and rsu-kro-renewal-lite.exe. Soon after, I extracted the private server I had download to that same foldfer and patched it as well, I also change the setup for my graphic card and resolution/size. When I tried to open it, it showed a 5x5 white box and the rest of the screen were black.

EDIT: I'd like to add that I tried more than one private server, it still showed the same result


I've attached a screenshot of the RO folder where I extracted the Data.grf, bgm, dll, and rdata.grf. This is before i patched it.

Note: I have never downloaded any other RO on my computer other than the official iRO.

Also, i'd like to add that i rather not download a full RO from from a private server, this is why I chose to download from Ratemysever and just use a small patcher from a privateserver.
