cant open the game (already patch the last version)

i download kro from ratemyserver torrent
install the game and patch the last version
but when i start the game screen come up and it give me this massage

PS my downloaded torrent is kro or just normalRO

PS2 this problem happen to me everytime when i try to use kro (download many version but have the same problem) so i used JapanRO instead
but in new server that i want to have a lot of error with JRO so i have to use KRO

no i use only KRO

Double check if you need kRO or Sakray, it could be Sakray.
Ask your server administrator.
