Need help To play RO

Hey anyone knws how to tunnel through proxy servers?? coz i use my colege wi-fi to use the internet n i play on a private RO server. but our colg firewall has blocked many internet applications including RO n i cant play it. i used proxy cap but it still dint dint work. If anyone knws how to use proxy cap properly n any other software to tunnel internet applications plz post ur feedback in this thread or PM me ...
