Need help patching kro

after i downloaded the whole kro via torrent, when i tried to patch the rsu rag lite and rsu renewal, its giving me the error "failed to open data.grf" and "failed to open rdata.grf"

what should i do? im just newbie. since the last time i played was 2008.

Tried to right click and run them as admin? Also make sure that the folder isn't inside the Program Files Folder. It's a known issue with win7/8 that when it's there, you can't patch [at least in some pcs].
