I can't get into ro on any server

I've tried uninstalling, cleaning, and reinstalling, redownloading and patching kro and sak... and I just keep getting this error message...


I have zero clue what any of this means... I'm not a coder... so if anyone could help me with whatever this is telling me... that'd be perfect XD thanks in advance

(i just used the cakeRO server bc I had it already installed... don't go to cakeRO... they're the debil!)

i usually have problems like this when the patch i installed was on the wrong folder and cannot find the grf files.

do you happen to know how to fix that O.o because I surely don't XD

(as far as I know my grf files and whatnot are all in the correct folder... they never moved from the folder they were in when the game worked)

Do you have a Data folder, that's always a good thing to check. Also when exactly does it crash. When you open the client? when you log a character?

*Do you have your own .grf or data folder?

*Do you have data.ini...?

Make sure your data.ini must include the following :

[Data]
0=YOUR OWN GRF OR DATA
1=sdata.grf

Example :

[Data]
0=adata.grf          or 0=data
1=sdata.grf

Are you using an OS that's not windows xp? I got that same error and couldn't play RO again until I boot legged xp :[

I'd say you sakray and ro are not in the same folder. Happend to me too. When you install sakray make sure it says ....../gravity/ro Not
/Gravity/RO/Gravity/Ro
