I'm having problems extracting

The server I play got a new patch, but its a file that I have to extract. Every time I extract I get one of 2 errors depending on what I've done.

I downloaded a .dll folder (folder full of .dll files, granny2, blink, so on) and from there I placed granny2 into C:\WINDOWS\system32\wbem like someone from my previous server told me to.
When I try to extract the data folder containing our newest patch I get this error,
'Fatal Granny Installation Error
granny2.dll has been incorrectly installed ats C:\WINDOWS\System32\Wbem\granny2.dll. To avoid versioning problems, granny2.dll must always be installed in an application-specific directory, and never in a system directory.'

And that error shows up right before I get 100% extraction.

If I don't have granny2.dll inside C:\WINDOWS\system32\wbem folder then I get a different error, it looks like this:
'SantusRO.exe - Unable To Locate Component
This application has failed to start because granny2.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.'

I need to be able to extract my new patch, so that I can play my server, but the extraction always fails.
I will try posting this in eAthena if I don't get a response in the next day or so. Please help, keep in minf that you'll have to give me clear instructions... I'm pretty new to all this technical stuff.
