so i accidentally deleted Ro and some files. i reinstalled everything and got a "no EULA(license.txt)."
sumone told me to make a .txt dummy file, which i did and got a gravity error, nad it changed back into a no EULA thing again.i only got sakray and my private server, should i install ragnarok update that and it should work fine? or dled a differnt sakray?

I couldn;t find a JPEG uploader. All i can see was a window with "no EULA(license.txt). black background and not my private server's background. andit had agree or exit, if i agree it goes to the login page, but i can't login to the private server.

I got that before. i nvr knew how to solve it. I would strongly suggest reinstalling everything. Otherwise patch up o.o
