When you patch the client with a DIFF patcher, there's an option that will either allow or disable multi-clienting.

My memory's not as good as it used to be as far as Client-based work goes, but I believe the instance you want added in is named either "Allow multiple windows" or "Allow multiple clients".

Hex'd clients are available on eathena, Might have to look up a bit on it, But Imo, they provide you hoping you would customize it and hex it yourself.
