Yes, he needs to update his kRO and Sakray. kRO is the client that provides most of the .dll's. If you have problems updating, try using Google to find the .dll files needed. That add them to your RO Directory. If that doesn't work, just re-download kRO and Sakray and run it. If your kRO crashes while patching, don't touch it.. It should patch through the problem over time.

there is a link to just the kRO dll and what not files.  That is like 1mb or so.
