Character deletion has failed

I am currently playing ragnarok new sarah server and I'm having hard time deleting my character. Even if I typed the correct e-mail address it keeps saying that ( Character deletion has failed because you have entered an incorrect e-mail address ). Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hi there,

Some servers have a cooldown on deleting characters, but.. considering you've mentioned that the server says your email is incorrect when you try to delete a character, then this probably isn't the case here.  You'll need to ask on your server's forums, or PM one of the GMs there for assistance.

The default email for some emulator project is "[email protected]" without the quote, if registered with _M/_F usually that works.
