can someone help/make me my own server please

im just a kid so its hard but i would like someone to help/make me one

i want it to be named       RikuRo
rates are 3500/3500   and  5000 drops
and help me make custom items and how to do disguises and stuff
ill make the own website and get staff but i rly need help
and i want it to be able to hav 2 applications running at same time so if ppl need to tranfer stuff new ther new account and stuff

please help im sick of gms from other servers never being on
i would love to make my own
