so thats the error im giting right when the map gits done loading eney help needed thx!

If the server uses a .grf, delete it and reinstall the latest version of it.

If it uses a "data" folder, delete that and get the latest version of it.

stickoff_a.bmp is found in the sdata.grf (the grf that goes along with kro sakray) so deleting the servers .grf or data folder (lol who uses this anymore?) probably wont help.

You will most likely have to reinstall, patch, or redownload sakray (that crap everyone tells you to do with almost any client-side problem); somehow find a new working sdata.grf; or if you know how to edit and add files to the grf, manually add the file. (but usually if your missing that you are missing others as well)

so im guessing sak setupp 0417 is to old or something and im gona have to update that right?
i see a long download comeing

It'll probably crash halfway there.  Either Redl sakray.exe or manually merge GRFs.
