if it's not that, then try resetting your location(if your server has it) ^^
it should be located on your server's Control Panel, if not, then I'm out of ideas  > <

Is it a custom map? Your sakray, is it fully patched?

It's probably what someone above has already stated. But, if it isn't, try typing "/lightmap". Or, try changing your display settings in your setup.exe.
