The host for the test servers were having power outages these 1-3 days.  If it went offline try again after half an hour or so.

Yep, bad news.  The file system error came back again, the hard drive on the server need to be replaced.  It will take me at least a couple of days to re-setup the server and put everything back together.  Accounts made before 12-31-2015 will need to be created again, that is the latest backup I have.

Making good progress, the test servers are back online.  There could be a few reboots in the next couple of days as I work on restoring other stuff on the server.

Yes the host was having power issue yesterday. 

Usually if you cannot connect to the server but can go to the website to check its status, that means the test server crashed and unable to restart itself.  When I see a post here I will manually restart it.

If you cannot connect to the server and is unable to check the status of the test servers.  That means the host is down or there is a bigger problem.  I should already know about this and is working on it or waiting on the host's resolution in this case.

Cant connect to Pre-Renewal server. however on the web its on.
