You could beter try to ask to join some server as a GM alot of servers hiring.
I'm hosting 2 servers atm you might can give me a pm

Why do you want free hosting if you are serious about making a server?  Think about the security issue and the limitation the "free host" might give you.

Don't forget that some free hosts use rotating ips to prevent stuff like this.
