[Recruitment] WoonRO Event and Support GM

Decided I would just edit my post this time instead of making a new one.
I seem to be always recruiting GMs in 2's.

Event GM:
You need to have prior experience, at least 6 months of GMing under your belt. You will need to provide information where you GMed and who I can contact to verify if possible.
I will also ask you to check out our server time to see if you it in.

We need an event GM that can be on around 13ish server time.
I will tell you right now, that is the peak time and you will be dealing with a decent number of people whose English isn't all that great.

Support GM:
Also needs to have 6 months GMing experience. You also need to have advanced knowledge of all RO features and game play. You main job will be to answer questions.
This GM is also required around the same time zone, a bit later is also fine.

Applying for: Scripter. I had my own test server where I used to create many different things, just to share with the eA community. I was also a scripter/dev on a few servers such as Ragnarok Reborn where I created NPC's and even mobs and dungeons.

Your favorite color: Not sure what this has to do with anything but um.. light Blue or light green.

How long do you wish to be with WoonRO for:  A long time hopefully. Of course this is depending on the atmosphere and communication and what not.  But I am very easy to get along with so it's all good.

Why you and not someone else?: Why me? Because when you like what you do, you become good at it. I take pride in my creations and I see it as an art form just like my other hobbies such as music. Although I just want to have fun and it's obviously not a paid job, I believe a level of professionalism is needed as well to contribute to the community and keep it organized. That being said hopefully if you do decide to take me in for the job I have some voice and room for creativity in the project. Of course I'll have to earn that respect first.

why playing in woon: i started playing woon just for killing my free time but as time goes on i had fun now its not even for the purpose of killing time only

main goal: to help build up woon more as it is now by everyday capturing bots, answering pple's questions, assisting newbies

why be gm than a player: i think i already caught and reported several afk farmer/botter from then on might as well continue capturing them by being a gm

GM experience: Was a Co-owner of a private server, was a Event GM on 2 servers, dunno if this counts but i was a WoW private server GM also.

Time Available: My time is very flexible, and can be on for more than 7 hours a day.

Why be a GM?: well after playing for more than 7 years you tend to have experiences that are good and bad, with that said i want  players to have a good and fun playing environment. not having anything to worry about because the Game Masters are doing their jobs right and efficient .

My goals is to help players enjoy by handling events smoothly and fun and also help with other  administrative stuff. I am a good team player and does not break down under pressure. I also accept extra work that is asked of me and will comply effectively.

Sorry I forgot to update this.
For the time being we are only hiring scripters and developers. However now that the server has started growing again we may need more of the other GMs down the road.

Why should we consider your application despite your age?
15 15 15, yeah I'm below 18 so what. I am able to think maturely and act professional despite my age. And I know alot on Ragnarok Online, if thats not enough to consider my application then fine.

About Me:
I been playing RO for 8years non-stop, and I can say that RO has been part of my life ever since. I am quite experienced in handling events and I can make up a new event in a snap to avoid event boredom. I'm a really nice guy so they say and I can't resist helping out new players. That's all I can say for now.

Reason Why I wanna be a GM:
Ok, I'll make this straight forward and not gonna use long and fancy words to impress you. The main reason why I want to be GM is to help balance out classes. I also want to make the server more fun seeing though that it's already very fun And also I'll try to prevent the sad experience of other players(including me) who are not helped/assisted/guided by GM's and other players if they are new to the server.

How can I help the server:
Same as above I'll cut to the chase and make it simple but meaningful. I'll host events to help prevent boredom which leads to population loss and suggest some new wild but helpful ideas that can help the server grow and be the best! Also as stated in the previous question, I'll help balance out classes(if there are any imbalances which ill try to find ).

Do you know anything about programming and web development?
Yes I know this n' that. During our 3rd year course on high school, we are taking up computer/software programming also for the past year of high school we took up web development.

What computer skills do you have?
-I have some background with Adobe Photoshop, AfterEffects, Dimensions, and GoLive. I also know webdevelopment and software programming e.a Visual Basic 6. Also some Sound Effecs FL Studios.

Do you know how to script?
-Yes, I know how to script but I'm still practicing so I might be slow and have some flaw but I keep a handbook to lessen the flaws.
