A few friends and I joined the server recently, to our dismay the server was a mess.
Helpers were clueless, provided little to no information.
Couldn't even tell us where the server hosted? Or what delay meant.

Players refused to give tips, instead provoked us to come pvp, by calling us "afraid".

We all wrote legitimate  reviews, but the server owner, who was clearly not there at the current time, dismissed our reviews and made up reasons as to why we were PERMA BAN within minutes of joining the server.

Staff are meant to be capable of tolerating trolls, not just instant banning because they're provoked.
From what i've seen, GM's have too much power, and are most likely corrupt.

The head admin accuses us of selling items, flaming and spamming main.

For
1. We were new so what items?
2. So flaming deserves a permanent ban instead of warnings and mutes, okay.
3. Flooding main lol? As soon as we logged on, casual players were already spamming B/T/S on main constantly.  We didn't even use main to flood.

This may be like it's a directed flame to the server, but this is an honest review, as we can't really comment back on the reviews on rms.

You were banned for selling items into real currencies. And you've got permabanned for flaming the @main.

Anyway, I guess we do have the right to hire whom we think deserves to get hired. That's why we were called admin for a reason, isn't?

All I see is accusations, and no proof. Surely banning people for heavy things as you claim Drix, merits some proof?

I think that would quell the OPs claims if you just showed some. I mean, you must have been sent/took some if you've decided to issue such a heavy punishment? As for the OP, you could understand his frustration (if indeed he/she says the truth).

The problem with this, is you've got no proof of half of what you've said.
You got banned yet again for what Drix said above.
The GMs are only hired when Drix, and others from the team believe they are READY to be hired. We've fired, and denied a lot of players because of corruption,or they didn't meet standards.
Start showing proof to your accusations please.

Yeah we did just start rofl, we had basic free items that the server gave.

I understand the GMs/Admins frustration at trolls.
But this is the internet is it not?

A responsible team would deal with it with proper punishment instead of instant banning, then resorting to accusations such as Illegal Item sales and main spams.
It sounds like a chidlish admin, who refutes to submit to what really happened.

I will leave my final statement,

We were trolling for fun, GM's didn't like it so decided to 10 minute mute , when it was over it lead to a one year ban.
After we wrote what we thought about the server on rms, the admin denied our reviews and began to accuse us for selling items for money, spamming main and flaming.
Great Way to get new players.
Server was full of main spam and flaming as soon as we logged on anyway.

Close thread, as admin and co. refuse to admit what is true.

There are many servers that punish trolls or those who repeatedly annoy others. For how long was your "trolling"?

But as for the other claims, I agree that the staff should provide some proofs such as the selling of stuff for real currency. Same with flooding main because those are the reasons from Drix that led to the banning... But that should have be done over the server's forums in the first place.

We trolled for a good 5minutes or so, if that deserves perma ban. Well s***.
Tbh we go around doing it to see how much tolerance admins/gm's have.
Usually a mannered gm wouldn't insta-ban/mute, then resort to accusations but w/e lol.

I would say it is. Successful trolling is done in a way that people cannot find a reason to ban you. Reading this thread and the fact that you can no longer play on the server leads to the assumption that you failed. Big time. Yes.
