Okay this server created an account on my forums and spammed almost every board advertising there server.
I have deleted all threads and banned the user from accessing our boards.

Fine. Why do you post it here then?
You've done, what is possible to do. We couldn't even know, if it's a player or admin of the server, so there's no clue if it's the admins fault or someone elses.
