Just to clarify, An Athena emulator whether it be eAthena, rAthena, Hercules is not  illegal, the bending of the law is with the client that everyone uses who plays on a Athena emulator, The emulator it self was made by developers from the ground up, it has an Open-source license so if it was illegal it wouldn't be able to use the open source license, back to the thread in question, IMHO the server admins/developers not including cookie, should have taken daily MySQL backs-ups so if there was an expliot in Athena emulators then they could remake the server hosted else where and with the player's data and add the ip to there client and away you go. On cookie side of things i would like to know why you would intentionally bring an emulator down instead of help them make a better server, you obviously know your stuff, so why?

The topic was created by someone not from the victim's side and wish to bring attention to Cookie's achievement to begin with (based on the troll posts made between JoeTeon and Cawliflower, which was removed for being way off-topic). 

Unfortunately we can't help with the situation with Final-Rag, I am sorry to hear what happened.
