How to post a picture here? i want to show you what GM did to my reports. Also they didn't investigate, they just ban at all. Really don't know what violations I did. It's been 4 years of playing on that server, but this last sunday when I got home and excited to open my account, I was shocked from what I saw when I log in. I just get banned by GAME MASTER. And I'm rushing to make a report if what happened to my accounts. THIS early I got respond to some GM and they said. I MADE RMT or Real money trading! OMG! How could it be? 4 yrs been playing and only 2characters are geared not like the others just only A year playing but all class are geared? Someone newbie player reported about this and I just get banned. Without investigations, they didn't check my accounts, they are just based with a simple story. This is so mean!

I am confused. What makes you think that we did not investigate? Having only two geared accounts doesn't mean that you couldn't have tried to buy zeny or something. Hard to tell as I have no clue which case this is about and I won't discuss your case on ratemyserver either. Submit a ticket and appeal your ban, if you did that already then we explained to you what you got banned for. In that case I kindly ask you to move on and not to spread false rumors.

P.S.: I don#t get the "bias" part. How are we being biased in your case? I don't know you or the person who reported you. Just wondering.

Something along the lines of "You gay s***, go die in a corner." will most likely result in a mute. Depends on the context of course but using the word "gay" in general will not lead to a punishment obviously.

You always locked my report without any opinion and explanations. Yes you don't investigate 1st, I just get banned when you saw the pictures who sent by someone. In your server, all players has no rights to explain right? You don't give a chance to explain the players who made violations, like my case, its wrong suspicious like what you said its false rumors. You won't listen to us. Ofcourse you are GM. You can do what you want to a normal player like me. I can't send a report again because everytime I made a simply report with begging, you just always locked.

Probably because you submitted 20 tickets and we told you in the first five why you have been banned. Also, begging != arguing. If we unbanned every player who submits a ticket and begs for the punishment to be lifted then we could just stop punishing people all together. Check some of the locked tickets, at least one of them has the explanation as to why you were banned.

As stated earlier, ratemyserver is not the place to discuss a case like this. Appeal your ban through our support ticket system or move on.

I know that I'm not the only who get banned in your server, I know some of them was like my case, wrong suspicion, they are easily gave-up and just leave without nothing.

That's just a rumor spread by you. Each and every person who got banned on TalonRO always submitted a ticket afterwards and claimed that he's innocent. Heck, I had people posting on our global chat channels that they were trading zeny for items on other servers, just to appeal their punishment later on with the argument that we faked the logs. Even after showing them screenshots from different people they would still claim we made up a reason to ban them. Some people simply can't be helped.

Nobody gets banned based on screenshots, we always verify them by checking our logs. Just because you don't accept the punishment doesn't mean it's not legit.


Anyway, as I mentioned earlier, I have no clue which case this is about and rms is not the place to discuss such a case either. Good luck finding a new server or wherever you go from here.

How exactly do I know if the person who reports someone is a guy or a girl? You know that this is the internet, we don't require people to sign up with their passport or anything. Post screenshots and evidence of those friends who got banned without a reason or stop making yourself look like a fool. I mean seriously, the topic of this is "GM BIAS! No people have been banned for saying the word "gay". If you are referring to people calling others "dirty faggots" or something similar, then yes, we have definitely acted more strictly there. Simply because such comments are seriously insulting. There have been quite some people punished for such things, mostly mutes and temp bans.

2. Who cares where the report comes from, as long as it falls within the reporting guidelines? I don't see a problem with that as long as said screenshots are unedited as per the rules.

I feel you yeshakei, it must've been shocking and really sad to be banned after playing that game for years  and all your hard work and sacrifices for it are now for nothing. I know you loved that server but i guess you should've talked/explained to them when you have calmed down. With what you did here, I guess there's a very low chance they'll give you a 2nd chance. But in my opinion, I really hope they will if you have learned your lesson. Dont give up if you really love that server, just saying. Ganbatte!

How could you be a GM if you cant show further reports or clear explanations about this simple issue?, And how can you be so sure that in picture via imgur site wasn't edited? Check Chiq Liciouz FB account and you will see all she post in her page was all Edited, didnt you think that she might edit those pic that she was sent to her report? How about not posting screenshots of private facebook conversations on a public forum. There is a reason why such cases are dealt with in support tickets or else the reporter could just throw them on ratemyserver right away. It has been said multiple times that the topic starter was not banned based on those pictures, but after checking the trade- and chatlogs of the server. We merely used them as a point to start our investigation at. Even if all people in the world agree that the screenshots are faked it wouldn't change the fact that this person attempted to trade items/zeny for real money. And no, I will not post log snippets. I am done with this case, just someone ranting about his ban because he got nothing else to do anymore. Go find a new server and move on.

I'm sorry but nothing tells me in here that we're dealing with facebook personal PMs.

Although this was more to people see exactly who is lying in this case [which is probably the OP], if you want to play like this then okay, let's just close the topic, seems to be pointless to discuss this further, right?
