There is almost no limit to what I can edit, but these examples are some of the things I have been asked to do in the past.

Custom Item Bonuses (e.g. on weapon 50% chance to turn enemy into a poring or an armor that grants the user a level 4 element)
Custom @commands (e.g. Roll 4 dice simultaneously with @dice 4 or cap the amount of stats you can add when using @allstats)

To an extent... yes. Although admittedly Renewal has made it much harder than it used to be.
