Maybe add a child board that notes a customer in the Hall of Fame for being a trusted/easy to work with customer or a Hall Shame for being an obnoxious, non-professional, hard to work with customer. I think any opinion on a customer would be from a business perspective and the quality of service would pay a role to result in the opinion. What about "customer is always right?".
We shouldn't we treat paying customers like this (i.e. putting them in a hall of shame). Getting all kinds of customers is part of the risk of doing business. Just have to watch out and deal with each matter professionally. Customers don't need to be professional, I only agree that they should treat service provider the way they would like to be treated.

Well, I only see MalayRO's webpage in your sample section when there are 3 people that gave you a good review. That is why I was curious. Anyways, if you can update your "Sample Section," that wil be nice.
WoodenRO and DestroyedRO serves as sample for premades. Custom Requests sample is just MalayaRO for now which is for epzkie.

Oh yeah! Ofc, I know epzkie owns MalayaRO so that counts as a sample of those reviews. But I didn't count the pre-mades since they are up for grabs even before those reviews were posted. So, I wondered what you did for those people that gave reviews. Recently, kamoteka purchased/reserved DestroyedRO pre-made.
kamoteka and I had a great conversation and a deal for DestroyedRO as you can see on his review.

I don't think you understand.
He wants to see other website previews BESIDES the ones you have up there, like websites you've done for other clients. Mainly because the more previews you have to show, to show how flexible you are, the more likely you're going to become hired.

For the newest one though, seems like there is a huge gap near the bottom. Most of your other designs had image sliders (for like donation items, etc)... Did you forget to add one in there? Or, was it left out on purpose and same for that gap?

i have given the fully editable psd to the owner of daredevilRO. all properly layered and labeled. the inspiration was from a wow website.
background was a mock up of 2-3 different wallpapers i got included in the pack i purchase last 2 yrs ago i think.
to summarize it, i am purchasing different resources from different websites, all in psd, ai and eps format.
other than that, everything was made by me. it is composed of 200+ layers NOT including the adjustment layers and custom shape layers.
fonts are free fonts.

I too payed the full payment and I did already received my final design. He did mailed me last Sunday saying that the coding is 90% done and preview will be available on Monday.
That's his last email I've received.
Until now he doesn't reply to my mails. :(
