I'm rather confused by its damage calculation. Does Int and Str affect is damage? Or damage depends on character base lvl?

So at level 90, 1300%MATK damage.

Well, at level 100+ servers, it really is good for pawning MvPs/ or players, if it is enabled to hit players.

Actually, 1300%MATK is not that much - for example level 10 Fire Bolt deals 1000%MATK. What truly makes Esma awesome is 2 second cast time(Decreased by DEX), 0.5 second cast delay, and Mild Wind.

So, not only it has low cast and skill delay, its also flexible element wise. I wonder why I didn't try SL in my Low-Rate years

If the base level of the server is up to 999... well it really is strong..

see some "BEST LEVEL 999" servers out there. and yea, i mean it, i believe that server i'm talking about didn't even nerfed the formula.

Most of the servers enable it for balancing purposes of all classes. ideally good for 99/70. but 999?... I just solved the problem by dividing the formula by 10
