Does the Final Strike copies also the attack percent damage with the cards in the weapon and mastery?

there is no mastery. Knife throwing mastery only effects Shuricans and nothing else(not even kunai). Final strike does take %cards though.

Atk cards dont work such as zipperbear(same reason why weapon atk doesnt matter) but %cards work. That needs to be updated.
