espada808, there's a thread I found with the Search function that explains SL in detail. Apply their theories and practices to a HR and you should be fine.

So good! (By the way, it's probably for low rates. You never explained much about the limits to your server so I ignored everything you said and went to use that awesome search engine and found this. Simply just change the stats a bit to fit your needs)
You people do realize SL's offensive skills don't work on other players do you? High INT is useless, PvP SLs are all about Dagger of Counter.
SL's want Dex and Vit/Agi in PVP unless you're like me and stand in the center linking random people till you're killed for not helping someone. Vit is probably preferable to those using a Dagger of Counter.
Someone in a PVP server should fix SL techniques to work on other players just nerfed.
WoE depends on whether or not you're going to be support. Taii on Ymir RO had an awesome SL guide but the forums are down so cant show.
