Ninja quesion

i just knew 3 of Ninja's most basic bolt spells bolt different damage.But I dont understand why lvl 10 wind blade" does as much as half compared to the other two??Does it have shorter cast time??

Actually, that's because of the number of hits.. wind blade does 100% matk * 6, while both flaming petal / ice spear  can do 10/12 hits at lvl 10 respectively.

and yeah, wind blade has the shortest cast time of all 3 .. at level 10, 6 seconds, while flaming petal / ice are 7 seconds.
It's still not that good of a skill since both flaming petal / ice spear have no after cast delay, while wind blade has 1 second aftercast delay.

Better off using North Wind almost always if you really need to use a wind skill....=(
