never bothered to ask but is Triple Action (GS) based on total attack or does it have a fixed damage? i know elemental bullets work though... thanks in advance   :)

Last I checked it simply does three hits as once, so it should be attack based. Though I rarely use the skill... I hate Flip Coin.
