Magic and Trrowing Build Ninja

I want to make a Ninja that is good enough to kill with all skills. Here is what I have :

Rates : SHR
Max lv: 500/255
Max Stat: 400
For: PVP,WoE (SinX dominate class, Trying to fix this)

Str: 350
Agi: 350
Vit: 76
Int: 400
Dex: 250
Luk: 100

Equips:
Top: Custom Equip [4] - Maya Purple
Mid: Robot Eyes
Lower: Pipe
Armor: Ninja Suite[1] - Ghostring Card
Weapon: Ashura[3] - Thanatos Card, Turtle General Card
Secondary Weapon: Spirit of Kamatachi[2] - Thanatos Card, Turtle General Card
Shield: Improved Arm Guard[1] - Thara Frog
Garment: Heavenly Maiden Robe[1] - Raydric Card
Shoes: Shoes[1] - Fallen Bishop Card
Accessory 1: Clip[1] - Smokie
Accessory 2: Shinobi Sash

Any improvements or Suggestions? Thanks A lot :3

I thought throwing builds dont need luk cuz it doesnt help with your kunais/shurikens hitting...

More vit is needed btw....ninjas have very low HP...XD

Hmm.  Well I'd like to point out a few things but if you know 'em then you're a cool bro.

Fallen Bishop Hibram only works for Magic Attacks.  Which means your Lightning Spear and other Ninpou Magic is going to hit pretty darn hard.

When it comes to Throw Kunai or Shuriken do keep in mind that cards that add +% to ATK do NOT work with it, so Turtle General is a bit moot.

It's pretty hard to cover every base as a Ninja; They have limited weaponry...And some other things I can't remember but I do believe their HP Modifier leaves a lot to be desired.

Why exactly do you have so much Agility? Unless you can't grab Max Attack Speed without it then I'd really recommend that those points go into Vitality or whichever Stat deems itself useful(I do believe 100 Vitality gives you immunity to a number of worrying ailments unless that's what the Luck is for).

Also I'd like to point out that if you're gonna try Shadow Slash and Mist Slash...It's really tough to pull off to be honest, and you'll have to deal some pretty high damage to make it worth something.  Throw Kunai and Ninpou Magic seem fine however, but I'd like to see some emphasis on Magic considering you have a Hibram Card on you.

I know, It's only for the magic part of the ninja.
