i just don't understand what use is a baby novice and super novice.......
are they different from normal jobs? or much better?
what job will become after baby or super novice...................?

a) All baby classes are harder and less efficient than their grownup counterparts, with no real advantage to compensate it, babies classes are CUTE and that's about it.
b) Super novice is a very versatile class and in the hands of a pro can turn real good. I've seen a good super novice kill a High Priest, and they do very well against lots of 2nd jobs, their downside is their low HP and defense which make them easy to kill by many high DPS trans skills.
As for which job they turn into:
novice -> baby novice -> baby 1st class -> baby 2nd class [the end]
novice -> super novice [the end]

novice > baby novice ~ end
baby classes also have their sp and hp halved
their stats caped at 80 instead of 99 (so the max of one stat you can get is 80)
baby alchemists have their potion creation chances halved too
but on the plus, baby chars can be summoned by their parents and vise versa
they can use their parental love skills to make their parents not lose 1% exp upon death (lasts like 20 minutes)
oh and their tiny <3

pristine u only could go for baby-class by beein adopted, playing the baby in a couple.
baby has reduced max-stat an reduced change in smithing,4 example.
a Super-novie is total differend. its a class,which can nearly everything-1.job only-but nothing pretty good^^
This is NO INSULT on SN-player,had been pwnt by novi more than 1 times *sob*.
The clue on SN is,u cant forsee,what they want 2 do,if he cast,or mamonite u^^
like cristmas,u know,what u get,if package is opened....or like Pandora,counts on the view at^^
