Help! Taekwon kid! (Ranker)

Hi, i finally reached the top. im a ranker now.. but i dont know what build and equips i should use.

im planning to use this taekwon during pvp/woe.

any latest advice on how i should gear up and stat up? i have read previous guides but its kinda outdated now.. hoping for a new and fresh guide atleast 2015-2016

Hi. its midrate pre-renewal 99/70.. uh no idea about the episode lol but all dungeons are open except for renewal maps.. yes woe for HP,HW,WS,champ etc2x.,
